All printed program ad sales are due today, August 25th. The minimum requirement is $120 in sales. A buy-out option of $90 is available for those AYC members who chose not to sell ads.
We have one last round of auditions on August 28th and 29th from 4:30 6:30 p.m. at St. Stephen UMC. We are asking your help with advertising this great organization to your neighbors and friends by placing a yard sign in your yard and/or place of business. You may check-out a sign today during rehearsal. We will check the signs back in at our next rehearsal, Sept. 8th.

COOKIE DOUGH FUNDRAISER Starts today
Our first fundraiser will be Red Apple cookie dough. The cookie dough will sell for $12 each and you will earn 50% of every product you sell. The fundraising information is attached to the hard copy of the weekly note. Please have you order completed with all monies collected and ready to turn in at rehearsal on Monday, September 15th no later than 6:30 p.m. Late orders will not be accepted. The cookie dough will arrive frozen and will be available for pickup on Monday, October 13th. We cannot store the frozen products, so be sure that you are available for pickup.

AGC garment bag) on Monday, September 8th during rehearsal. Parents are welcomed and encouraged to
attend. If you are unable to attend
rehearsal on September 8th, please contact AGCs Uniform Chairman, Kathy
Martin, 382-0265, immediately to make fitting arrangements. Each choir member will need her uniform
for the group and individual photos to be taken on September 27th.

If your daughter needs navy shoes, the uniform closet does have many gently used shoes available on a first come, first serve basis. For more information, please contact Kathy Martin, 382-0265 or the AYC office, 372-1100.

Auditions for the AGC show choir, Pizzazz, will be held on Monday, September 8th from 6:30 7:00 p.m. This additional choir meets every Monday from 6:30 7:00 p.m. and performs additional performances throughout the community.
